Welcome to the blog of Special Collections at Brunel University. We have a varied range of collections, which will be highlighted here, along with projects we’re working on, events held here and work we do to support research and teaching.
Our Special Collections cover a wide range of subject areas, including Shakespeare, the Channel Tunnel, working class autobiographies, poetry, transport history and South Asian literature, art, theatre and music.
We hope there will be something to interest everyone, from undergraduates to academics here at Brunel, as well as people from outside the university. Do let us know if you have any suggestions for blog posts, features you would like to see or collections you would like to know more about.
We do not necessarily own the copyright to the documents in our care. If you own rights and have questions about our use of an item, or if you are seeking permission to reproduce anything found via our social media, please contact us.
Brunel University’s Special Collections are housed on the third floor of the library. Further information about accessing the collections, including our opening hours, may be found on our guide and you can get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
